Unit 6 Chemical Equilibrium
For Monday, April 11:
Take notes and watch the video to the right. Complete the table (question 1) on page 1 of the worksheets. Notes and worksheets were provided in class. Do reading of sections A and B in your Unit 6.

Monday, April 11 in class
Answered questions about the assignment. Went over the Le Chatelier problem from the HW. Passed back exams. Test corrections due Friday to have on this grade report, guaranteed, otherwise Monday (April 18) at the start of class, at the latest. Did notes through slide 18. Solved problem 1 on the worksheets, page 1. Assigned problems 2, 3 & 6 on the worksheets.

Tuesday, April 12
Checking problems assigned yesterday. Doing a couple more, then pushing forward through the notes. I will update this website to reflect what we did. Because Tues & Thurs are minimum days it is tricky to predict. Note that you will not have to solve using the quadratic equation on the AP exam. They will all be perfect squares to make solving easier.

Wednesday, April 13 in class (do in advance if you will be out for track)
I will pass out to class a worksheet on pH. It is posted in Google Classroom for reference too. This is a video that explains how to do the calculations if you are not sure. This should be done by the start of class Friday. Come see me under the timing tent Wednesday if you need help. :D Below is a simulator to help with understanding pH. For AP Chem clicking on the micro view and then turning on the H3O+/OH ratio as well as the molecule counts are particularly useful.

Thursday, April 14
